For Associates with pre-existing downlines:
2. How do I work out all these Team calls?
For each new group (leg) you have, you will be on 13 calls. The base Program requires 4 legs and you will be on 53 different calls, the first one being the one where you are the Jr Associate. These are spread out over 12 months, with each Team only lasting one full calendar month. Thus, you will average 4 calls per week. See the graph on Team Calls that will show you month by month the calls you are on and the roles you will play.
3. What if someone on the Team just quits?
First that is hard to do. You are working as a Team and as long as you work together within the context of the "Team" as outlined in the System, everyone is supporting each other. That means everyone is supporting the others to get their one registration. If however, the person just does not move forward, then the TEAM members must decide what to do. Depending on the longevity of the Team member (i.e. how long they have been involved), the Team can choose whether to replace the person with another registration, rebuild the position where it is, obtain a transfer of the position, plug in a #4, or #5 sign up by a senior member on the Team, etc. There are many possible solutions and it is up to the Team to come to a decision about their Team. Empower people to come from solution. There is also a coaching program with Coach Roy and this program is meant to help people "get out of their own way." The Team could request the troubled partner enter the Coaching Program as a condition to stay on the Teams.
4. It looks so good, how could this System fail?
The only way I see this System not working is if the "I Can" people cajole, push, manipulate, or force others to register against their will just to meet their monthly commitment. If you do that, then the new person has no commitment to the "I Can" program and they will make very poor Team members which will cause the System to function poorly. Thus, each "I Can" participant should make sure they find people who after reviewing the Program say " 'I Can' do this!" You want to find people excited about changing their future and committed to building financial security for themselves as well as others.
5. Where do I find people?
You only need 10 contacts each month to fill out your Contact Manager Form but make sure they are quality contacts. To find these or replenish ones that say no, besides working with people you know, use the Where To Find People document.
6. What if someone questions how many people really earn good income under the Mannatech Compensation Plan?
You do not have the percentages, but there are over 400 Presidential Directors (making $6000+ per month) of which 14 are Platinums (making $60,000+ per month), and hundreds of people who achieve Executive Director (making $2000+ per month). The majority of people who get started with Mannatech choose only to become consumers because of the great products.
7. Do I make my registrations 1-3 in three new legs?
No. You can of course, but it would make more sense to place your "I Can" registrations in pre-existing legs underneath people that you would like to bless. The "I Can" Program can be started by any associate in any position as well as by you in any place in your separate legs. I would place your first registration in your weakest leg, your second registration in your second weakest leg and your third registration in your strongest leg (assuming you have three legs). All you want to insure is that you have at least 4 legs participating in "I Can."
8. If I have three people in my downline already committed to the "I Can" Program, should I start new legs?
No, but it is your choice. I would place one of my own "I Can" registrations in each of the three legs as well as start a fourth leg as outlined in the plan. In deciding where to place them I would definitely not interfere with the other associate's organization.
9. Can I use people in my existing downline as some of the 12 registrations I have committed to in the "I Can" Program?
No. Once you are on a Team (after you register your first person), each one of the Team members is required to "register a new person in "I Can" in the next calendar month." This means you too. If you try to use pre-existing associates you will be setting a very poor example and de-motivate others to fulfill the "I Can" requirements.
