The System

To register a new I CAN partner the following forms are needed:

1. I CAN registration:
   • Form 1 "My Life in 12 months"
   • Form 2 "My Team"
2. Mannatech registration:
   • Form 3 - Registration
   • Form 4 - Mannatech Terms and Conditions
   • Form 5 - Mannatech Signature Form

The new Partner completes the Registration (Form 3). Wellness product pack options are listed on this form, and the Optimal Support Packets are recommended for convenience and best value to provide daily maintenance levels. They may choose a larger pack option for greater nutritional support or more product value. An Automatic Monthly Order is established for at least 100PPV (approximately $100 of products) to generate every 28 days. The Registration is phoned in to Mannatech as a 3-way call with the enroller: 1-800-281-4469. The new Partner signs the Mannatech Terms and Conditions (Form 4) and the Signature Form (Form 5) and faxes or mails both to Mannatech. The new partner is given My Life in 12 Months and MyTeam.

In Mannatech:

Place your Partners according to the diagram on Partners Registration & Placement (Doc 31). You are the Sponsor AND Enroller of Partners #1, #2, #3, and #6. You are the Senior Associate for these four new Junior Associates and are responsible for their training from the time they enroll through their first full calendar month.

You are the Enroller but not the Sponsor of your remaining eight Partners (“Non-Sponsored Partners”).  As indicated on the diagram, place Partners # 4 and #5 under Partners #3 and #4 respectively, and place Partners #7 - #12 one under another. This keeps the number of teams you are committed to a manageable number and, thus, your time involvement to a reasonable 6-10 hours per week.  The Senior Associate to your Non-Sponsored Partners is the person under which you placed them (their Sponsor).  You are the Referring Senior Associate, and you will play an active  role in the training of these new Junior Associates, but you will not participate on weekly Team calls as their Senior Associate.
 
You may choose to place these eight Partners in alternate positions, as in the Blessing or Spousal Program.  If you choose to change from the recommended placement for your partners, please note: your commitment will increase by an additional 13 teams and the related team calls for each additional Junior Associate for whom you are the Senior Associate.  Consult with a leader for advisement.

Existing Mannatech Associates: If you already have a group or team before starting I CAN, you may choose to place your I CAN partners under existing associates in various legs of your organization.  The person you place your new partner under will be the Sponsor, and you will be the Enroller.
 

Some of the people you will be speaking with may decide that they want to use the Mannatech products and establishing a wholesale account, but are not interested in the I CAN program. Others may choose to network and market without following the I CAN System.

Both of these types of people will be in your Consumer Group and will add to your organization's volume to increase your income. You will be the ENROLLER for all of those who chose this option, and we suggest placing them in a Consumer Group within your business (See Doc 32). You will register them with Mannatech using the same registration forms and process as you do with your I CAN partners. ASK your team Manager if you have any questions about placement of these people.

Enrolling additional people is a great thing! The more people who discover Mannatech and the Mannatech products the better...after all, that is one way we make a difference!
