The System

To take full advantage of the Mannatech, Inc. compensation plan, there are two times during the 12-month Program where an associate will upgrade their position if they originally registered by selecting the Basic Pack. The associate's cash flow will be sufficient to cover these upgrades, when the System is being followed by all participants.

Subject to approval, Bill Me Later^® is a convenient payment method without requiring the use of a credit card. It is a simple application process and is available for both web and phone purchases within the U.S.

For purchases of $299 or more, Bill Me Later^® offers "90-day, same-as-cash" terms allowing new U.S. Associate to purchase a large registration pack, or upgrade at the critical times. See the Mannatech website for more information.

The income projected in the plan over the next 90 days would more than cover the cost of upgrades, assuming all participants are meeting their commitments.

After completing the 12-month "I CAN" Program, two simple things are required to maintain participation in the Mannatech Compensation Plan and continue the residual income flow:

1. Continue ordering the minimum of 100 PPV in Mannatech products every 28 days or as otherwise required by Mannatech. 100 PPV is approximately $100 US dollars and is the current requirement by Mannatech to qualify for payments.

2. Annually renew as an All Star Associate, which as of December 1, 2007, has a cost of $229. (The associate will receive greater dollar value in Mannatech products than the renewal pack costs.)
